  • Will Roy More be elected to Alabama's senate?

If so what will that say? With the huge number of women who have accused Moore of sexual abuse when they were teenagers any notion of his innocence is absurd. The Catholic Church protected priests who sexually preyed on children for over 100 years before they eventually had to admit it. Similarly over 50 church elders of Alabama have come to Moore's support. Hopefully more folks will come to the support of the teenage girls of Alabama. Historically we can expect at some point Moore's supporters will find one woman accuser that they can point to some lack of discretion or lack of a perfect background or smear in some way. They will then hold up that one person in an attempt to smear and discredit all of the women who have accused Moore. It's a very old and very cheap trick and does not excuse Moore.

They came armed and prepared for violence and Republicans are now telling us they were the victims. Who "threw the first punch" may or may not ever be known but holding a group openly prepared for war as the poor victims of violence is only believed by Nazi sympathizers. The world is watching and the more the Republicans attempt to identify the neo-Nazis as victims the credibility of the party totally evaporates.

Yahoo Answers took down mine then allowed me to appeal that decision without giving me a transcript of the post. How can I appeal that? I know I was critical but don't remember exactly what I said or what might have triggered being taken down and penalized making an appeal impossible.

The quality of healthcare in the US is considerably less than Europe yet the cost is astronomically more. We all support the free enterprise system in the US but when the greed for life or death services gets to a certain level we have to make some adjusts. We there yet? Each religion has their own religious institutions, which includes thousands of houses of worship, rituals, religious laws, schools of theology, and universities. How can each religion see all other religions as made up of hocus-pocus nonsense? How can they possibly think that they alone are righteous and everybody else and all the other religions are just wrong? Is that really what God is all about? The most enlightened entity in the universe will accept one small group to the ever after and “screw everybody else”, really? How enlightened and full of love and understanding does that sound to you? How can that not be seen as completely ridiculous and total bullshit? We are all desperate to believe in our own religion and eager to believe all other religions are crazy Voodoo inspired craziness but you know what? They are all bullshit. No white horse ridden by your favorite religious diety or saint is coming to town to scoop up up and take you to a land of plenty as pay-back for all your worship of YOUR God and your disparaging of other religions. Sorry to break this to you but you are on your own.

Conway continues to call her crazy made up stuff "alternative facts" (lies) and news people are staring at her in total disbelief or down right laughing at her. The most recent issues are his own superior court judge nominee is criticizing his attack on the judges and judicial system. For reading a letter from Martin Luther King's wife that was critical of Jeff Sessions (about to be voted on for Attorney General), Trump's buddies’, Mitch McConnell, accused senator Elizabeth Warren as being insulting and refused to let her speak for the remainder of the congressional session (silencing the opposition is OK?). And now Trump is attacking Nordstrom's for dropping his daughter's line of clothing, attempting to control a large business to favor his own family. It is hard to imagine that every American can't see that these are not the practices of a free society. Do Republicans not see that our free society is being disassembled to meet Trump's personal egocentric preferences? Do we really want that?

I believe that's the Republican plan because they will then attempt to blame the Democrats. The Republicans really hate the idea of providing any measure of assistance for healthcare and this is their Trojan horse to take it away entirely.
