Clearly it's the stuff you put in it but I have a friend who likes to say the she doesn't put any "fillers" in her meatloaf (ie., bread crumbs, crushed crackers, oats, etc.). It always sounds to me like she is saying her meatloaf is higher end and meatloaf with "fillers" (my meatloaf) is low end. It sounds pretentious as heck. My contention is that ground beef without the "fillers" and egg(s) is just seasoned hamburger. What's your take?
