  • Is eating less calories good? ?

So, Im trying to lose weight and I’ve successfully lost 6 lbs during the pandemic. I’m 18 and I weigh 122 lbs and I’m 5’1 my ideal weight is 110 maybe even lower. I stopped snacking as much and cut it down to two meals a day (lunch and dinner.) I’m Indian so I eat food like dal and rice. I don’t eat roti but if I do it’s only 1. The dals I normally eat are moong and dal bath saag. If I eat the dal with roti and have dal left over I just spoon it. When I searched how much calories they were it was like 130-200 for the dals and 120 for roti. Am I under eating? I don’t have vegetables like broccoli and carrots and stuff that I can have during the day. Also, my families been ordered more junk food than vegetables/fruits and I’ve done a good job avoiding them. I drink water throughout the day as well. I know to lose weight I need to eat 1200 calories but is this considered a crash diet or is it only water weight that I’m losing?

  • Why do I keep failing standardized tests?

if you fail a standardized test does that mean you have a low IQ? I do well on my normal classes but when it comes to tests like SAT or Asvab I don’t seem to do well even when I study and take my time I don’t get it. I also don’t understand how people who don’t seem to care for their education score a higher grade than me when they did not study or practice. How is that possible and what does it mean???? It’s just something that’s getting on my nerves lately.
