• ### How can I tell the gender of my house gecko?

I bought a baby house gecko about a week ago, and his pink pigment is just starting to go away. How can I tell the real gender of the gecko? He's too skittish for me to lift his tail or turn him over, but he'll crawl onto my hand. Do I just need to wait until he's older and more used to being handled?

A tiny gecko, just hatched maybe a week ago, came into our house a few days ago. We keep putting him outside but he keeps coming back in because it's warmer in our house. We decided to keep him until the temperatures start getting a bit warmer. He's very, very tiny, about an inch and a half long, from head to tail, and we keep meal worms to feed to our pet frog, but all of the meal worms look too big for him to be able to eat. I read that you shouldn't feed a gecko something too long or wider than its mouth to prevent it from choking, but we have no other options. What do I feed it as a temporary substitute?
