Creatine LOADING: take 1 tbs creatine with morning, afternoon, and evening meals and 1 additional tbs before going to bed for 4-5 days.
Creatine MAINTENANCE: take 1 tbs with a meal or immediately after training with your post-workout protein shake.
I am very confused because I started this supplement today which is Thursday so tomorrow I will take creatine too but Saturday no training day so I have to take creatine? It is very important to know this direction.
Please I need your help.
