the CSA he would only be liable to pay £120 per week. I was currently getting money from Tax Credits to pay for my child care. Now my circumstances have changed and I have lost my tax credits so I am now liable for paying my child care. I have asked my ex partner to help me pay half towards these costs, although am not asking for the £160 per month too, although would need some sort of maintenance, even if it were say £80 per month.
What i would like to know is does anyone know a realistic figure - and what needs to be included in this figure for the care of a 6 year old. My ex partner does have him pretty much half the week. He thinks a percentage of the the £160 he gives me per month also should be towards child care. On a regular month (i.e no school holidays) child care is £202 (that's for 3 days per week) - £50 odd per week and then raises to double in school holidays. Is there anyone out there that can suggest how this can be done equally or anyone in the same boat? Ta
