im 14 years old, i workout three times a day every day eccept for the weekends (run three miles in the morning, arter school workout, then hard workout on monday, wednesday, friday. then on tuesday and thursday i do a abb workout) recently i found out my body fat content is15.15 %. i am 118 lbs 5 ft 4 inches. i got info from people and websites ive gone to, most of them say if i want to be lean i should shoot for a goal of around 105 lbs. so, i think the answer to this is to eat healthy foods and not junk food, anyone have a good nutritional diet that will help me get to my goal and keep my goal?
