In the process i moved the car one space in order to not get any other cars wet in the process. As i was doing so an anpr car pulled up and took the car. Obviously i was in the car at the time and although it was obvious i wasnt going anywhere they will stll push for driving while uninsured. What are the penalties for simply owning an uninsured vehicle on the road? (im guessing just a fine?) as opposed to driving one which i know is 6 points and a fine.

  • Which side of the road should I be on?

I have recently taken up cycling but cannot cycle up steep hills. If I dismount from my bicycle in order to walk up a hill, should I stay on the left-hand side of the road, or cross over to the right-hand side and be facing the oncoming traffic?
