My verizon internet has been on the fritz for the last week. I use a Westell 6100 router/modem and it has the dsl light blinking and the internet light is off. I went into IE and typed in 192.168.1.1 and logged in and such, and it said that it "can't locate WAN ISP"... That was yesterday, today, I log in, and everything I click on the modem, no matter if its settings or network connections, it relates to the same page that says "DSL cable not connected" and tells me to connect one and then reconfigure the Westell.
Does anyone have any advice on this....???
I have called verizon and scheduled a tech for a couple days but I hate having people out and stuff, ruining my day for something so trivial that should be working.
