Before the series England had the number 2 ranking, after a 2-0 home victory against the number 6 ranked side India moved comfortably into second. The thing I don't understand is to get the position back, England must win in Australia by at least 4-0. So in other words, a 2-0 home victory against the West Indies is worth more than a 3-0 win for England away in Australia. How can that be right? @desi....... England where ahead of India, yet if England beat Aus 3-0 we'll still be behind India after their win against WI. That's the issue.

  • Has anyone ever been killed by a six?

Whenever I see players blasting balls out for sixes and they fall into the crowd like meteors, it always makes me wonder if anyone has ever gotten plunked by one of those things.

  • Why these 2 English batsmen are massively underrated?

Wally Hammond and KF Barrington. Both have played 80 odd matches(proving that it was not a fluke) averaging around 58 with 20+ tons. Very impressive. But the cricket experts barely mention their names when speak about the greatest ever. Why? Hammond was the one broke Bradman's record of the highest individual score of 334 back then,... show more

My eyes must be playing tricks on me!! Is it opposite day already? BQ: Which event surprised you more: A) Watson getting a Test century in the Ashes. B) Watson successfully overturning an LBW decision. I would personally pick B. Out on 176. Well done Watson.

http://www1.skysports.com/cricket/news/1... This is a thoroughly disgraceful outburst & I think completely against the spirit of the game. Firstly I fail to understand his logic, many players such as Alastair Cook, Jonathan Trott, Phil Hughes, Brad Haddin haven't walked when they have hit it, and they know they hit it. That's something that has always happened in cricket. I even remember when Gilly was criticised by Ponting I think for walking when others don't. I thought this argument was over. Accusing somebody of cheating is a massive claim, and asking the Aussie public to abuse Broad in Australia is disgraceful, it's just not cricket. Is this a worried man, he's had a catastrophic start to this job & his selection policy has been laughable, I wonder if this is just the act of a desperate man. I'd be appalled if Andy Flower came out with astonishing words like Lehmann, thankfully he never would. Simply disgraceful.

The sharp is throwing me off. http://i42.tinypic.com/a2xj6o.png The 3rd measure on the bass clef. The order is gbdfa on the lines and aceg on the spaces right? Well when I follow that, I see that chord as G A# C E But that sounds nothing like the song. *piece not song. And its aria in d minor by D Scarlatti.

3 for 20 and counting, what a rubbish seam bowler. Papa: Yeah you are right. Broad only bowls well when the moon ignores gravity and the sun exerts kinetic energy...if only it could happen more frequently.
