Nearly all Burmese pythons in Florida are American-born descendants of foreign parents. For that reason, they should be granted a sort of DACA status and be given a path to US citizenship.

  • Are turtles immortal?

The alligator snapping turtle has the longest animal life span that has ever been measured--500 years. But do they grow old and die? Probably. On the other hand, naked mole rats show no increased mortality after decades in captivity. It might be that these creatures truly are immortal.

  • Why does the evolution theory ignore the size of neutral landscapes that emerge in the search for adaptive(fitness) landscapes,...?

I don't understand what you're trying to ask. Organisms don't "search" for adaptive fitness landscapes, and, for that matter, neither do biologists. Some evolutionary biologists attempt to characterize fitness landscapes, and organisms turn out to be highly adapted in some respects but not in others.

  • Is it possible to be banned from 24 hour fitness?

Nothing about the behavior you described was inappropriate unless you signed a written agreement that specifically prohibited it. In any case, a receptionist has no authority to ban you from the gym. I suggest that you talk with the manager, explain what happened, and tell him (or her) that you wish to continue using the gym.
