Proven lie. Trump downplaying the coronavirus. He said it was no worse than flu, but told Bob Woodward it was five times as bad. Proven lie. He told us he was rich. His Tax returns prove otherwise. Proven lie. Said he did not call John McCain a loser.262 AnswersPolitics2 days ago

You should ask, "Why do SOME Christians think..."
Ideas and sensational allegations about the end of the world are very common. Look up 2012 with the Mayan calendar. Look up 2011 with Harold Camping. Look up the doomsday predictions surrounding Y2K. Etc.
If you do a bit of research, you will discover that these predictions have happened hundreds of times. And we’re not talking about one guy in a basement, but popular predictions.
One of them that was interesting was in London in 1666. In addition to the Great Plague of London, which killed about 100,000 people, the Great Fire of London swept the city the same year and is estimated to have destroyed the homes of 70,000 people. And since 1666 was a millennium (1,000 years) coupled with the mark of the beast (666), many were firmly convinced it was the end. Well, it wasn’t.
And what about pandemics? In 1918, the Spanish Flu killed between 17 and 50 million people (and there are even higher estimates). In the 1300s, the black plague killed 30-60% of the population of Europe. Guess what some people claimed during those events? That they were signs of the end of time. They obviously weren’t.
The point is, what makes people think predictions about 2020 have any more credit than those other ones?
While on earth, Jesus stated unequivocally, “But of that day and hour NO ONE KNOWS, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone” (Matt. 24:36). Let’s think about this—if Jesus didn’t even know it while He was on earth, doesn’t it seem strange to you that so-called prophets or others today can know it?36 AnswersReligion & Spirituality7 hours ago

I’ve been dating this guy for four months.
We finally had sex a week ago. He gave me oral sex and then he got soft while doing it. So we couldn’t do any penetration.
A few days ago, we were kissing and got to the penetration.
He did like 6 pumps and literally less than two mins and he said he got soft. He said he didn’t orgasim but he hid the condom. He was making noises during sex so I’m not sure.
Then last night, he got ready to put it in and before he could he wen soft.
He seems embarrassed so I didn’t make a big deal. He says he’s better In the day light and blah blah.
He assured me it wasn’t me.
I’m trying to be patient but at the same time- it’s annoying. Like at this point I don’t want to even try again or get worked up to do anything. Whenever he touches me I kind of slide his hand away.
Any advice?22 AnswersSingles & Dating9 hours ago

Trump wants to jam an extremist on the Supreme Court while the coronavirus continues to be out of control in America?
Cases of COVID-19 are on the rise again, with the nation tallying a troubling 55,000 in a single day Friday. The hike follows a generally downward trend through August and early September. It was the highest single-day increase since Aug. 14, when the country reported 64,350 new cases over 24 hours. The U.S. has now recorded more than 7 million cases and more than 204,000 deaths. New cases are on the rise in 22 states as Americans head into fall and face an increasing likelihood of contagion indoors and a complicating flu season. Some states have set new records in recent days too.136 AnswersPolitics3 days ago
