I really like Navajo Joe nr Covent Garden. Not particularly romantic, but dark, candle-lit with a lovely atmosphere.

Head for Chinatown, my son- it's so pretty by night, and there's plenty of DIRT-CHEAP Chinese restaurants down there. Peace and love! Be lucky! :)

Walk West from The TATE for about ten minuites or soo, If you look up, You can see 'OXO' Going down a tall thing,
Every 50 metres or so there are steps that take you down to a little beach down there, There's old piers and below is a small beach on the bank of the river,
It's urban, but at night it's so pretty, You can see nothing but what look like tea lights, &St Pauls Cathedral,
