How much time it takes to change frm bakerloo tube to Paddington main line stn. Is there too much to walk?

Also, how much time it takes changing from Jubilee to Bakerloo line on Baker Street, is it a simple change or a long walk?

For my question, I plan to catch early morn heathrow express from paddington and I have limited time for interchange from bakerloo tube to paddington station.

Thanks

At Paddington there are two escalaors plus some walking along passages. allow 5 minutes or 10 if carrying luggage. Don't panic if you miss a Heathrow Express train. They run every 15 minutes. The change at Baker Street between the Jubilee and Bakerloo Lines is easier. To save time you can buy
your Heathrow Express ticket in advance www.heathrowexpress.com

Thanks Dave and others for your answers. I will be going in the end by the tube, longer but cheaper.
