Fly with one of the low cost airlines by checking www.skyscanner.net or www.onthebeach.co.uk. For hotels you should consider staying in a traditional Ryiad. Basically its a traditional Moroccan house and can be very cheap (around £50 per night). It's like staying in a B&B Moroccan style
