Looks and sounds more like at best an independent agent, maybe just one person with a few contacts who will take a tidy commission from the school / language centre / University etc, you find work at.
The sentence from a testimonial says beware. I was...."greeted at the airport by two English International representatives who took me for a wonderful meal and put me up for the night in a comfortable hotel. The very next day they found me a great job and a fantastic apartment"..and they all seem to be working in Primary Schools..but as I haven't had dealings with them it's up to you, personally I'd go through well trodden, and existing routes, using well respected agents who have been doing this kind of thing for years if not going direct to the school.
after working in China since 2002 I would not go anywhere near a company that hasn't already got a job lined up BEFORE you leave the UK. You need to be set up, have a proper visa and qualified, usually a degree, TEFL or both. Yes you can get jobs other ways, but are in a weaker position if contracts / payments aren't what was promised.. You're better off applying through ESL or TEFL sites, Times Educational Magazine etc than a cheap looking site like this.
Sure, there's always a few that say , 'I got work like that' but for every one of those I can tell you of 5 or 6 that were royally ripped off, cheated and had the dream of teaching overseas ruined.
