Do airports provide the clear 20x20 plastic bags for carrying liquids in hand baggage?

In particular, Birmingham International Airport...do they provide the little bag, or do we need to buy them ourselves?

The airports sell them now, they do not hand them out for free anymore.
Better bring your own.
Just buy a pack, every supermarket in England stocks them, that way you are sure that you have one when you need it.

I was on a British airport since I answered this question and found that they still gave the plastic bags out there, but I would not trust on that staying the case.
