I think you mean the one with Nicholas Cage starring. yes I have seen it and rather far fetched in some respects but then again it is a movie and one must expect artistic license to apply in order to sell it.
It was Ok as a movie but not one i would want to see again.

Very good movie. Nick Cage has a habit of stepping in sh*t when choosing a movie or just turning off his acting button altogether sometimes (Ghost Rider) but in this one he is really good. You will enjoy it.

It illustrates how conflicts are fought for economic gain and that ideology has nothing to do with them. I thought it was a good movie especially since the main character and I were raised in the same neighborhood in Brooklyn.
