Um, what I've heard was that they're mad about their contract. They don't think they're getting enough of the profits that they earn.
They're just having some issues with their contract, and I'm not entirely sure that they're really going to break up, apparently, they don't want to break up, they're just having some disputes with SM.
If you want to know more about the issues with the contract here;

    don't worry, there has been no news of them breaking up. they have stated that even if the 3 members do leave SM, they will still be a unified group because the name DBSK does not belong to SM ent.

    jaejoong, yoochun, and junsu filed a lawsuit against SME because of SM's "slave contracts".
    in the contracts there were things such as "you must work 7 days a week", "you may not retire until after the contract is over" or "if singles with sales less than 500,000 copies would go 100% to SM Entertainment" basically, it was harming their well being & it was a 13 year contract, not including the 2 years of military service that all korean males have to do when they turn a certain age.

    all other entertainment companies have these types of contracts too. similar, but no tthe same.
    JYP ent. has abolished thse slave contracts a few days ago though.

    They are not breaking up. At least not yet. No one (except the members maybe) knows if the band will break up, so it's useless to keep talking about it (and seriously, someone asked about it yesterday. Can't you look for similar questions first before asking something ?).
