Why is it that irish women are unable to be flirty and sexy unless they have a few drinks??

i have noticed irish women are moody and unable to be flirty or sexy unless they are tanked up with alcohol ? has that always been the case ?

@ peter im not saying i get women drunk im saying ive noticed irish women only get flirty when they are tanked up on alcohol alcohol they bought themselves .i prefer dutch women myself ,irish can be too moody unless they are tanked

Hmmm well that's strange I'm more inclined to be flirty when I'm sober because I don't want to make a moron of myself when I'm drunk. Perhaps they need beer goggles to approach you.

Wow jesus mate get a sense of humour. You can on suggesting that all Irish women need to be drunk to be flirty and you don't expect a few jokes. Drink doesn't make me any more or less flirtier. I'm only 16 so I don't drink if going to disco's as I won't be aloud in with it and i get fella's.

But yes drink does make everyone a bit more confident and happy

Well talk about generalizing! I'm quite a naturally flirty person and i don't need to be 'tanked up' as you say. Maybe they just don't want to flirt with you..? Haha only joking, but as someone above said, alcohol does make some people more relaxed and confident. Unfortunately many people in Ireland don't know their limits and overdrink but i really think you are tarring everyone with the same brush.

I think you are generalising, I am very sexy and can be very flirty whether or not I have had a few drinks, it depends on the company I am with.

Then again I'm English but I do live in Ireland. I think generally many women are "good catholics" at heart and I don't mean that in a bad way, just that being "sexual" to attract a man is not still not sociably acceptable. The church is to blame for a lot of things.

good question, im irish and i think it has to do with being raised in a good catholic home. we were brought up to think sex was dirty and just for the mans benifit. my mother had 14 children , not by her choice id think.

I rarely drink alcohol maybe once or twice a year & I am mostly in a good mood except for when have pmt.....I have no problem talking to anyone as I am a friendly person & am confident so don't need alcohol to talk to anyone....would only flirt if I fancied someone as I don't go around flirting with everyone..... don't be so hard on us Irish women, there are good women everywhere & there are uptight women everywhere but I guess it is also the attitude of the person who is trying to talk to the women....also though I think Irish women like to leave a little to the imagination so don't hand it all out on a plate straight away...

why dont you try talk to women away from pubs or clubs. I hate clubs and a lot of guys in there are just out to get laid for the night, so its not somewhere i would expect to find a nice guy. And if some guy comes stumbling up to you drunk and with his breath stinking of beer, well thats not very attractive either. So maybe these women you speak of dont become more flirty/sexy after a few drinks, they just become less bothered by all that stuff i just mentioned.
