What is the native tongue in Rhineland-Palatinate?

It is German with Pfaelzer dialect for the real natives
And mr Ello is confusing Rheinland Palatinate with the Saarland they are the ones who learn French as first foreign language insted of English

German, but older natives have a special dialect called Pfälzisch (i'm not sure of the spelling)
but this is the area I stayed in this summer, and my host family explained it too me :)
