Is DBSK really breaking up?

Question

to be honest, i dont want that. it would be sad to see that and im not a hardcore fan; just a fan. anyways, i've heard rumours about this and a friend told me that 'its official. they're realli splitting up and that hero and micky will make their own album' or something. she told me that she read it off a site but i cant find it anywhere. i know for a fact that micky, hero and max filed a lawsuit to the SM entertainment for some reason. i do think that they might split up but its not yet announced so what do u think? links are helpful. :)

Right now there's no official news on them breaking up. There's just a really heated lawsuit going on between Yoochun, Jaejoong, Junsu and SME. I'm not going to lie, the way things are going they may end up breaking up, but like I said no on can really be sure. It seems, in my opinion, that after having such a huge lawsuit and practically a war with the entertainment company, it'll probably be impossible for them to go back to the way they were. So even if they don't split up, it will probably be the most awkward group ever.

At the moment the group is still doing activities in Japan, but it's been stated that it's impossible for them to make a comeback in Korea next year, although it was planned. There's a lot of drama going on, but like I said before, so far there hasn't been an official statement of disbandment or anything. Your friend was probably lying to you or confused, which is understandable considering the insane events that have been taking place for the past few months.

This is a site I check frequently for news. Type in TVXQ on the search bar, it should post articles about them in order from newest to oldest, that should bring you up to speed with what's going on in the world of TVXQ. Of course checking out their international forums may be even better, Cassiopeia's on top of everything to do with them.

I'm a fan myslelf but to be honest i really think that this wont take long to happen V_V Eventhough they are 'active' in Japan,we saw the atmsphere between them.SM let them continue the activities by those conditions.
1.NO conversations between Homin&JAechunsu.
2.Only Homin can talk during the interviews.

You can tell on your own now *sight*....

PS:I think the reason why Homin didnt submitt the lawsuit was the drama thing... ><

Nobody is sure yet.
I think that we all hope that they won't break up,I mean,after all,they're DBSK.
I kinda doubt it,I think that they're gonna win in the lawsuit,but that'll make SM hate them.
And to think about it,if they don't agree to keep on working with SM,then Changmin and Yunho would probably go SOLO.
Imagine.
I don't know what to think :s
