HOLIDAY, TRAVEL INFO, FIRST CHOICE, HONEST HELP?

Hi

This is the second time i have put a question on here about the airline first choice. We went to maldives and we had so much trouble and we are owed compensation. We have wrote lots of letters since and emails and still not heard a response. We have seen from the company website that you only hav 30 days from the return of your flight to claim and we have been back nearly 5 weeks now and i wrote and emailed from the first week we where back and not heard a thing. I really dontt know what elsee to do. Any help would be great and quickly please.

I have all recipts that will be needed. We were charged excess baggage and was treated unfairly as we as paying for meals we did not get ( we are vegaterians) seats we paid for sat together and thenn not given to us ( keeping in mind we were on a flight for 14 hours) i was sat athe the front and partner at the back of the plane. Rude cabin crew, water dripping from the roof on myself and people sat next to me. As you can get the ides from this question i have posted you will be able to see that i need some advise in where to go as i have tried phone calls and emails within the 30 days from arrival back in the uk and still no response. I have no idea what to do next and i feel i should have some sort of compo and if not some sort of apology

As long as you have kept copies of your correspondence you should be okay, for example emails, copies of letters, etc. Do not get disheartened.

From all that, it's obvious they're ignoring you. The last resort is to get legal representation and to sue them. Otherwise, you're just another unhappy customer. You could go online and check out places that would like your feedback on them. Go to all the reservation websites and give them a bad rap. Sometimes some research company rep contacts those reviewers. You could also try to call/log on to the national travel and airline organizations and file complaints there. I'm not listing them because there are more than a handful of acronyms you can find.

i would definitely be seeking legal advice and speaking to consumer rights and citizens advice this company are atrocious and charge an obscene amount of money in the first place and you are one in a long line of complaints against this company dont let them away with it good luck

first choice is covered by the governing body Abta, contact them and they will deal fairly with you r claim.
