I kept searching for flights on the internet and found expensive options from different agencies but when I looked at the official airlines website the price was far more better and cheaper.

because with other companies you are paying for the people that work there, their "toll free" calls (somebody has to pay for them) but when you use the direct airline website you are skipping the "middle man". =).
