Which are the best and the worst foreign accents?

All of us have heard people from all around the world speaking English. Which accent do you find the best to listen? And the worst?

*I'm talking about speakers of English as a foreign language, not native speakers.

The worst is American it's so harsh the best is French.

Italian the best, no competition

I'm going to upset everyone here but I'm not keen on the American accent (eek, cringe, sorry!)

The worst is eastern Europe and Far east as I don't understand them.
