December in Taba Egypt, how much is food, drink, and how warm do my clothes need to be?

Im travelling to Egypt on december the 15th for one week to Taba. Does anybody know, what type of clothes to take for the december temperature? I think it will be about 20c? & will the sea be warm enough to swim in???

Laura, you are correct. The average temperature in Taba in December is about 22 degrees Celsius. I would pack more fall like attire for during the day since it is still relatively warm, and maybe a jacket to wear at night. Also, from what I am told, December through February aren’t the best months for swimming. Have a fun trip!

you got things well out of perspective ,bag winter clothes its gonna be cold and swimming is like commiting suicide or inviting pneumonia

I went to Hurghada a few years back in December and it was lovely ... 25-29oC and the sea was very warm, dress for a hot English summer, and have a great time :)
