Yes, e-tickets aren't real tickets that you board the plane with. Your cousin can just go to the check-in desk on the day of his/her flight and say he/she has a reservation and they will find it (unless flying an airline like Ryanair). If you're really concerned you can email the airline's customer service and they will email it to you again. Definitely not something to worry about.

    1. You could request the agent or airline you purchased the ticket from to re-send it.

2,. It really isn't all that important. An e-ticket is an electronic ticket and so long as your cousin turns up at check in with his valid passport there should be no problem.
The electronic ticket is designed in such as way that when you turn up at the check in your name will suffice to link it to your reservation.

    3. So long as your cousin is not travelling with one of the budget airlines like Ryanair there will be no problem. With some of the "low cost" airlines there is a charge for checking in at the gate. In that event you will need to contact the airline and ask them to confirm the reservation number so he can check in on line and save the fee.

have you gone back to the airline site and checked for his interayr
    sometimes yu can reprint it
or you can call the airline and ask them to send a new copy
all your cousins need his PNR number or just his name

The whole point of the e-ticket or electronic ticket was to eliminate the need for a paper ticket. An e-ticket is stored in the airline's database making it accessible whenever needed. All you will have to do is go to the airport, check-in for the flight, and print out a boarding pass. The boarding pass serves as the document to board the aircraft rather than the ticket (or e-ticket in this case) in contrary to the past where you had to have the paper ticket to board the aircraft.

If you aren't completely satisfied with how an e-ticket works, I'd suggest you talk to the agent or company you purchased the ticket from to send you another confirmation. If I'm correct, that person or company sent you a e-ticket confirmation just simply confirming you bought or re-activated an e-ticket. The person flying won't actually need this to fly!

Well this should not be in your junk folder but if it contained a link then yahoo would not let it in however if you completly lost it call airline customer services and see what they can do.
Who ever said an e-ticket is just a boarding pass needs to get a check-up because an e-ticket is a ticket and you need it to receive your boarding pass.
If you call customer service's of the airline and explain the situation im sure they will help a bit more.
EDIT:eTickets usually show on airlines database's so he may be able to board without this ticket but do check with the airline before sending him to the airport and as with anything else like this you must give the airline 30 days notice.
