Nearest zoo with elephants to Newcastle?

HI, I thought it was Edinburgh but I see no elephants on their website - anyone?

thanks for the humorous answers - I maybe should have worded my question differently! Have bought some online elephant dung instead and will be popping to Gosforth High Street to see the trunked beasts!

There's a pachyderm meeting every Thursday at the Gosforth Hotel.

I think it may be Blackpool. Either Blackpool or Chester Zoo

I don't know where the nearest zoo is but I'm pretty sure they won't have any elephants going to Newcastle. I suggest using the train.
