I wanna Immigrate to Quebec i have found tht i do qualify - i wanted a bit more info can anyone help me?

Question

I dnt knw frnch bt i do have the will to learn as i love the language.I really really really like Montreal and wish to settle there in future so tht my kids can be trilingual unlike me i wasnt able to learn frnch due to certain circumstances .What i am confused about is

-I have a Masters in HR and a Bachelor in Commerce Degree I am not working since Dec 2007 as i moved to Riyadh from Dubai - I m a stay at home mom voluntarily bt i do have work experience from 2001 to 2005 as a teacher for Higher Secondary Classes and then 2006 to 2007 as HR Manager.But im having hassles gettting my work exp. cert from the last company as the same ppl are not there any more and the ones now are of no use.What shd i do????

-sending the original of my work experience certificate.....as i do not want to,will it be alright if i send the colour copies of the documents and furnish the orginal later at the time of interview?

-I am going to take my IELTS in January wht shd the best score be??

- I have Relatives who are canadian citizens bt they stay in Ontario - do i get points for them in my CSQ application?Can i include them or not??

I knw its a long question bt i checked the entire site www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca and maile them but havent got a response yet.I would be very grateful if anyone would answer these questions.

both of us qualify me and my husband!!Im getting up to 72 points and more.Only and only French speaking can immigrate to montreal...i dnt think so??the relatives im saying are my husband's brothers and sisters BLOOD relatives!!


i can speak basic french to socialize tht is...

I stayed at home voluntarily to take care of my kids who were newborns...my work experience is worthless then?6 years?
