Do you know a good 4 star hotel in Amsterdam,Holland?

Question

Please could someone recommend a nice hotel in Amsterdam in the city centre or close to a train station.Anyone I choose seem to have bad reviews.I am going next week for 4 nights.Thank you.

Hi,

There are many good 4-star hotel in Amsterdam but i cant narrow my list since i dont know your budget. i've provided a couple of links with details of the hotels, price, amenities, services etc. please take a look before deciding. You can try College Hotel, but its a bit expensive compared to others with rooms start at EUR175.

I went with my husband to Amsterdam last year and we stayed in the Movenpick hotel http://www.moevenpick-hotels.com/en/pub/your_hotels/worldmap/amsterdam/overview.cfm it's a very modern 4 star hotel and would definitely recommend it. It's not quite in the city centre (a think about 10 walk) but they run a free shuttle buses service to and from the hotel at regular intervals.
