You could probably purchase them from a salon that sells fake hair. A salon in Merivale mall sells wigs, idk about dreadlocks though.
Or, you could go to a costume store and see if they have any wigs.

I think you'd have better luck with the salons, but the wigs there might get a bit pricey, so go to any of the stored you think might be selling them.
