Can I work in Guyana?

I am a British citizen and want to relocate over to Guyana to live and work as my partner is from there and resides there. Would this be a possibility?

Perhaps your partner can help with finding you a job. A great many Guyanese are working in other Caribbean countries beause they haven't been able to find any suitable openings locally. You also need to see what things are really like, as Guyana has a reputation for being dangerous. It is possible if you have a work permit until you become a citizen or resident.
