How to get to North Greenwich from Tulse hill/Streatham (Tube)?

Ive never been before, and i dont want to take bus, so the other option is tube and i have no idea how to get there.
I would use the TFL site but i prefer to get straighn ansers from actual people.

The TFL site is actually very trustworthy.
It tells you about any delays.. and how long it will take.

Change it to the date youre going on.. to make sure all the lines are working.

Get a Southern train from Tulse Hill Station to London Bridge and then the Underground Jubilee Line to North Greenwich
At weekends the Jubilee Line is subject to closure for engineering works. Check with TFL 020 7 222
1234. At times of closure there is a subsitute bus service or you can take a South Eastern train from London Bridge to Charlton
