I ordered something online, and accidently I put (example) NB2 instead of NB1! Will this make much difference as I still have the road etc..

If you got everything else right the Post Office will pick up on the mistake and correct it for you. At very least the post(wo)man isn't going to try to deliver to an address (s)he knows can't be right just because the post code says so.

You will be OK. The postcode is used for automatic sorting. However the mark 1 eyeball of a postman will sort it out. -

No. It will just slow it down because it will go first to NB2 before being sorted according to number, road and town.
