Average monthly outgoings for a flat in Manchester city centre?

I'm looking to move into a flat n Manchester city centre start of next year.

Can a few of you currently living in Manchester city centre advise what your monthly outgoings generally are on bills etc (not food obviously).

I'm thinking along the lines of council tax, gas, electricity, water and any other charges that relate to the flat.

Thanks in advance.

Are you thinking of moving into a one-bedroom or two-bedroom flat? Will you be living on your own or sharing? Obviously this will affect council tax rates, bills etc. If you add a bit more detail I'll give advice the best I can. BTW I've lived in Manchester city centre for 4 years and am (hopefully) about to buy there.
