I forgot to print out itinary for my flight but i have my booking ref number written down.is this enough?

i also cant retreive this itinery now as it wasnt sent in an e mail,it was only part of the booking process.

As long as sa you have valid ID which matches the name on the booking the check in clerk will be able to find your reservation. In theory you don't even need the booking reference, but take it with you anyway for backup.

yes that ok the person at the check in desk can check you in as long as you have ur passport.

Yes, the number is all you need, and you don't really need that as your passport will give all the information needed.
