Is electronic hair clipper a banned item for Air travel?

I've taken my hair clippers with me on flights as short as Britain to Iceland and as far as New Zealand without any kind of problem at all and there never would be... unless you'd packed it with cocaine or plastic explosive.

No. There is no problem carrying this as hand or checked baggage

No, but why on earth would you want to put in a carry on bag - put in your hold luggage.
