Are there spring break parties in UK, like those in Mexico and USA?

nope.
it's an american fad which is pointless.
the only reason it's celebrated in mexico is that it's a good way of getting drunk, stupid, rich, american college students' money away from them.

I was in the UK for spring break, and the answer is no. There is nothing to do there except walk around a city and see some historic stuff. I still had a pretty good time there, because I do like siteseeing...however it isn't the type of spring break you seem to be looking for. The weather sucks, you can't go on a beach, there are no mountains to ski or snowboard.

But yeah, you could go out on the weekends to the clubs to go drink and stuff like that...but unless you are filthy rich, I wouldn't recommend it. It is expensive to get there, the exchange rate sucks, the drinks are very expensive, and the lodging is very expensive. If money is no issue, go for it. Still, it wouldn't be my top spring break choice again.

If its parties your after we dont just save them for Spring. Every weekend is party weekend. Just go to any city in the UK and you will find girls wearing their underware to nightclubs and chucking up on each other.
