Do I need permission from my parents for a visa if I need one?

It depends on the country involved.. Some will require documentation from the legal guardian(s) of any minor if it's OK for them to travel. You need to contact the Embassy or Consulate General of the countries you're planning to visit.. Also, it may depend on why you're traveling (tourist or for business) and how long you intend to stay.. So be sure to let them know that when you inquire.
