Not without your mother's blessing, no, because she is your legal guardian.

When I was your age I decided that I wanted to go and live with my grandmother. The idea really upset my mum. Anyway, that was after we argued and all was back to normal the next day. Your situation may be different but I expect it's a little similar.

Shame she won't just let you just visit..

Unfortunately no. You are still a minor and so must be under the guardianship of your parents/mother.
It may seem like life would be better with your Auntie, especially at your age when most teenagers think their mother is the worst in the world but you may not really understand why she fell out with your aunt.It must have been something very serious and she feels she needs to keep you away.
You are your mother's child, part of her and so she wants to protect you, keep you safe and love you until you are mature enough to cope with all the dangers and heartbreaks of life.
Don't fight her. Be her best friend. Help her and try to understand all she has done and is doing for you. How lonely she would be without you! That is why she is fighting to keep you and your love and she is probably heartbroken that someone else has stolen your affection and loyalty. No-one should try to break the bond between a mother and child.
Be patient. Be positive and be loving.
With time your Mum might let you stay in contact with your Aunt but if not you only have to wait a few years and then you can make up your own mind..

I'm 14 and live in London and at the age of 14 its not really that worth it because your not legal to do that much. Maybe like wait until your like legal and stuff.
Are you american by any chance because you said mom because america is more worth staying in because you have more chances there?
