Should I park my 12ft 2 berth caravan out side my house?

It would be on a undesignated area which st present I park my car therefore I would not be causing an obstruction to anyone

If you park a caravan outside your house all the time and then you pack off and use it all the robbers know your on Holiday! Happened to my mate

Depending on your Local Council, there are usually bylaws that allow caravan parking for some 7 days prior to going on holiday in it (for cleaning and packing purposes) and some 7 days after the holiday (again for cleaning and unpacking!).

It depends on your lease and covenants on the property.

Parking caravans is not allowed in a lot of places, even if it is on your own driveway.

The covenants would be written into the deeds, which you could view/download for about £3 from Land Registry.

New properties sometimes have a clause banning the parking of boats and caravans. Old ones probably don't.
