It's very historic. There's loads to see and do and the Maltese people are very friendly.
Eating out is very cheap you can get a full English breakfast for 2-3 euros and a pint for 1 euro. Accommodation is a bit hit and miss and their 3* is not what we would class as 3*
I go 4 times a year and am going for Xmas and New Year. It's cheaper than staying at home and the weather is better
Cigarettes are half the price they are in U.K. but tobacco is only just cheaper
