What is the best (and relatively cheapest) way to travel to Noumea, New Caledonia from London?

Is it cheap flying from London, or via other city in Europe?
I want to go see Renzo Piano's Tibau culture centre.

You have to go via Australia or New Zealand. You can include Noumea on a Great Escapade or World Walkabout round the world ticket, which will be the cheapest option. Otherwise get to Sydney or Brisbane and a separate ticket from there. How much it costs depends on when you're going.
