If you stay in high-end accommodations and dine in good restaurants, you will spend on average P14,500 per day. That means you can spend 68 days in the Philippines.
The travel expenses (plane/boat fare, car/taxi hires, other modes of transport will shorten this trip, depending on how far you go.
If you stay 2 weeks in each place (you said "few weeks"), then you will be able to cover 5 different places.
Bottomline, I guess your budget is good for 3 months of high-to-mid-end travel.
As to places, google the following and see which places will interest you:
1. Boracay
2. Batanes
3. Puerto Princesa, Palawan
4. Coron, Palawan
5. Bohol
6. Cebu (stay at Shangrila or Plantation Bay)
7. Davao (stay at the Pearl Farm)
8. Ilocos Norte (stay at Fort Ilocandia, and at Saud Beach in Pagudpud)
9. Subic (stay at Segara Villas, or Lighthouse)
10. Camiguin, and trek around the island, hiking 36 kms from start to finish).
