i'm guessing u live in england, due to the natwest reference, well the best way to send money to the philippines (if u want to send more than one time) is via a remmitance company called iremit, u have to take your passport to their office in kensington & have yourself registered (this is to combat money laundering), then u can send to any philippines bank account u register with them, its very cheap to send and any ammount up to £7,000 costs u only £5 to send, cheaper than the lowest western union rate, and the exchange rate is way better than western union too, i have a fiancee there and it took me 2 years of using many bad exchange rate companies and banks before i found iremit, wghich i found purely accidentaly, also u can get one of their iremit shop and pay atm visa cards, which they send to the person you wish to send too, and then they dont even have to have any bank account, the card costs £3, which includes delivery to anywhere in the philippines via motorcycle (BARGAIN) & if they are in manila or angeles city, its there in 3 or 4 days, or up to 14 days to the distant provinces, here is the website for you to check it out (http://www.myiremit.com/iRemitvisacard.php) also i think if you are outside of the london area, i was told that you can send them a scan of your passport to register yourself with iremit, their phone number is 02079383388, press option 1 to speak to an opperative or press option 2 to hear the exchange rate for the day, good luck, its the best thing i ever found to send, im sure no one else can charge only £5 to send any sum of money between £1 and £ 7,000 (iremit atm visa card http://www.myiremit.com/iRemitvisacard.php) (iremit home page U.K. http://www.myiremit.com/uk.php)
