What should I wear with my new teal shoes?

I was in barratts last weekend and since everything was 20% off, I bought these:

I adore them but I've just realised I have no idea what to wear them with!I I'm going out tomorrow for a friend's birthday and I'd like to wear them. But with what?! Any suggestions?
