no one knows the correct population of india . 110 crores ,give and take a few crores

probably there are 20 to 30 odd countries citizens without valid citizenship,to name a few ; crores of bangladeshis, thousands of pakistanis vanished after visiting for cricket match, afghanis, iranians escaping from some persecutions in their country , srilankans, chinese, burmese, tibetans, nigerians, africans,of course a large number of nepalis, and countless more ..india never throws out anyone but accepts all, just give an application that your human rights are likely to be violated or you are going to be politically persecuted or etc etc.

it is a truly democratic and socialist country.

you will find all nationalities(most europeans) people living here legally also and writing books ,doing business,
running restaurants, studying in all universities, and so on...

it is probably because india believes in 'VASUDHEV KUTUMBAKAM,
that's in sanskrit (ancient indian language like latin) meaning "one world one family".

you can get all valid documents made without much hassles, read the headley case i hope..

there is even a case of an individual elected to the parliament who it is said is not an indian national
and investigations are still on.

so dont worry india is not a country it is a 'world' in itself ,

you will find everything here, knowledge, beauty, literature, cuisine… practicaly all political
thinking, numerous religions actively practised, spiritutality, , rather you name it you will
find it here.
never a dull moment.
so don,t worry, just hop in.

every one is welcome to india.

Why on earth would you want to go there? It's very crowded I hear, plus being British you'll stick out like a sore thumb.

If you really want to vanish, go to Scandinavia or Canada.

Gosh if you are that desperate slit your wrists! I've travelled extensively to over 50 countries and India is the only one to date that I had to change my flight to leave earlier because I was ready to kill some of the people who would not stop harrassing me (like the entire male population of India over the aage of 18). Life aint too bad in the UK compared to life in India where a huge amount of people are begging on the streets, street dogs are everywhere and will often try and attack you, where millions of people are basically just skin covered skeletons who are so malnourished and starved so badly that they don't even have any muscle it is just loose bones and skin. It is the most depressing and awful place I have ever been and I can't imagine that too many countries around the world would be worse especially given the huge population of India. If you were going to run away somewhere at least make it a place better than where you live like Australia which speaks your own language!

Yes you can come to India. You can plan to land in Goa. Take a visa from Indian consulate in Britain and after arrival increase your visa from the local authorities.

Coming to India a good thought --you can refresh your all conservative thoughts of British to a vibrant India thought .You can see how India has changed to a world class economic power house after independence from war mongers British in 1947 .If you come to Sabarmati Ashram by Mahatma Gandhi in Gujarat then you will feel some vibrancy of human values which British has destroyed world wide .
