You can check on http://nationalrail.co.uk

They gave the following information:

Train from Stansted Airport (SSD) to Tottenham Hale (TOM)
Tube from Tottenham Hale (TOM) to London St Pancras (Intl) (SPX)

Journey takes about 1 hr. and seems to be going regularly.

You can check also your fares there

Hi, and thanks for your question.
The Stansted airport guide have a great webpage giving you all the options for your journey to London. If you take the train, you will arrive at Liverpool Street Station.
Transport for London have a journey planner on their website, which you can use to find your way to St Pancras by tube train.

Take the Stansted Express train to London Liverpool Street Street; they run every 15 minutes and take about 45 minutes. From Liverpool Street take the Underground Circle/Metropolitan Lines to Kings Cross which adjoins St Pancras Station. Some Stansted Express trains also stop at Tottenham Hale Station on the edge of London. You can also change there on to the Underground Victoria Line for St Pancras. At Stansted ask for a through ticket to Underground Zone 1

Train from Stansted to Walthamstow or LIverpool Street, then Tube to Kings Cross/St Pancras.

    Why not fly to France?
