Can anyone recommend a nice hotel in Beziers, France?

Question

I am taking my partner on a romantic weekend to Beziers in France, and I am looking for a nice reasonably priced hotel in the city centre. I have looked online, but seem to be getting mixed reviews of places. We are going to visit Carcassonne for the day, so would it be better to stay there or in Beziers? Please Help! Thanks!

As you plan is visit Carcassonne, some 90 kilometres from Beziers, my recommendation would be to stay in Carcassonne at the Hotel le Donjon in the heart of the medieval city.The rooms are first-class and the cuisine is the best in the area, try the cassoulet - it's wonderful;!!. Also you can spend the WHOLE day enjoying the sights and sounds of this magnificent city in the knowledge you are only a 10 minute walk to your hotel. Please note, if you are taking your car you MUST park just outside the walls or pay 10 Euros a night for parking at the hotel. If it were me I would pay the 10 Euros at least then your car is safe and secure, also you have not got to carry your luggage up steep cobbled streets.

Désolé, i haven't any hotel to suggest..
But, Beziers is such a beautiful town.. With what i call "le charme du sud"...
I live in the south of France and you will see that people there are far more benevolent than in Paris..

there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely show you great hotels at the best prices available. check out the website BookMe and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it's very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online... otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.
