Would a British Muslim have a lot of trouble getting into Israel?

With a British passport, Israel will let you visit their country. They are used to Muslim sounding names and beards (remember, 20% of the population of Israel is Muslim). While I'll admit they'll probably be more suspicious of you, they won't harm you or anything like that. So basically, you shouldn't face much trouble if any. Enjoy your stay in Israel!

Might have.. If you have ever visited an Arab or Muslim country an it shows on your passport ,, you will not be allowed in ..

You'd have more trouble than a Jew, but no more trouble than any other gentile. Security might pay you a bit of attention if you're obviously Muslim, but unfortunately that is an occurence globally in any airport...

Having visited a Muslim/Arab country doesn't ban you from visiting Israel as the person above me suggested.
