Where's the stop of national express?

Hello everyone,
I'd like to know where is the stop to take the coach "national express" in oxford street or marble arch.
I stay in an hotel in Kendal street.
I can't find this information on its website.
I don't want to miss my plane...so I really need to know where I've to go to take this bus to the Stanstead airport.
I apologize for my english...isn't perfect.
Thank you so much...hope you'll help me.
xoxo

it's called the "Marble Arch" stop but actually it's round the corner in Portman Street

but I'd agree ... if you're not 100% sure of where the coach stops, I'd advise you to go to Victoria

EDIT : re the link Michael posted, that's a map of where Victoria Coach Station is
